KU constitutes body to verify records

Karachi: January 03 : A three-member committee has been constituted at Karachi University’s (KU) Examination Department on Monday, tasked with verifying educational records of students.

The notification issued in this regard revealed that Controller Examinations Professor Dr Javed Zaki and Professor Dr Arshad Azmi would be part of the committee.

The committee is also charged with a number of other responsibilities including regular monitoring of semester and external exams. The body would make a plan to prevent unnecessary delays in announcement of results and has been directed to submit its recommendations to the vice chancellor on a regular basis.

MBBS result: The Karachi University’s (KU) controller of examinations announced the results of MBBS Third Professional Supplementary Exams 2011 on Monday.

Seventy-seven students cleared the supplementary exams out of the 107 who appeared in them. The passing percentage was 72 percent. The annual viva exam for LLM final year students is scheduled to take place on January 5.The news.
