KARACHI: A 563-page directory containing the data of self-employed women is going to be issued, Director of Women’s Studies Centre at the University of Karachi Prof Dr Nasreen Aslam Shah said on Saturday. Dr Nasreen, who is heading the project, said a cell has also been established at the University of Karachi for research and documentation of self-employed women. She announced that in connection with the International Women’s Day, the Women’s Studies Centre would organise a seminar on March 8 at the university campus. The topic of the moot will be “Towards self-reliance: The role of self-employed women of Pakistan”, she added. app
