The growing black despair among the DPAs of SGA&CD and Finance Department and submitted the following few lines to your kind honour for sympathetic consideration.

1. That undersigned DPAs appointed in BPS-12 through the Sindh Public Service Commission. We are performing our duets with entire satisfaction with Secretary, special Secretaries, Additional Secretaries, PIFRA Cells, Computer Center I.T Cell and in Sindh Reform Program (SRP) Finance Department.

2. That it is most important to mention here that realizing this fact the honorable Chief Secretary to the Government of Sindh has already up-graded / re-designated the posts of DPA (BPS-12) to DPO (BPS-16) in the year of 2003 of SGA& C Department under his worthy notification No. SO(LR)S&GAD-11 (65)/2003 dated 08-11-2003 .

3. That the another most important precedence to mention here that realizing this fact the competent authority has already up-graded / re-designation the posts in the computer Cell of Finance Cell of Finance Department vide notification No. B(S&GAD)-6(33)/95 dated 21-08-1995 and No. FD(E&A)23(1)/87 dated 31-05-2001 .

4. That with due all respects as mentioned above paras the same analogy of rules of consistency will also apply to us, moreover as per principal of natural justice as well as principles of law, equity and justice, we are also entitled for the similar sympathetic encouragement.

5. That all the DPAs are possessing the high education & technical knowledge and having advanced certificates / diploma. As well as the DPAs of this department are PIFRA trained and they are working on New Accounting Model System in the environment of SAP/R3. Moreover the undersigned DPAs are working and discharging high level work even more than their job description.

6.That under the above circumstances the undersigned DPAs prays under to debouch from the present situation.

a) It is therefore request that to harmonize the undersigned DPAs with other DPO¢s we may very kindly be upgraded/ re-designated from DPA (BPS-12) to DPO (BPS-16).

b)Any other relief under the above circumstances.
